Time to play a little catch up on this seemingly abandoned blog!  Life has taken us on a little bit of a wild ride these past couple of months, to say the least!  So for the next few posts I’ll be backing up a couple of months to load all the ‘lost’ shoots.  After that I’ll be announcing a move (on more than one level!)…

Gryskiewicz Family Shoot

My latest shoot was with some precious friends we’ve know for just over seventeen years.  I’ve watched their family grow over time and rejoiced with them over each birth and two adoptions, equaling a span of ages from one to sixteen years old!  They are a joy to be around and hopefully these photos give you a peek into their world of fun, faith & family.

Yeargin Family Shoot

Another family we’ve know for years…17 to be exact!  The last time I saw these kiddos was maybe six years ago, so you can imagine my surprise at the obvious fact that they grew up!  We met up downtown at the new piers off of Clematis street.  Much of the area is still under construction, but we were able to enjoy the amazing view of our gorgeous intercostal waterway and were blessed with the bonus of  perfect south Florida blue skies.  What fun & what great subjects!  Here are my fav’s…

Website Shoot

One of my best girlfriends, a talented speaker with a bright sense of humor and a gift for being real, just got her first website up and running!    It’s a virtual billboard designed by her very talented husband & gives a brief bio, access to a few video clips of various speaking engagements, as well as contact information for booking purposes.  Be sure to check out a video clip of my  beautiful, funny, articulate & God-loving friend, Lisa Duvall!  Oh yeah, here are a few shots we did for the website….isn’t she cool?

25 Years and Counting!

Christ Fellowship Church in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida has taken the whole month of October to celebrate 25 years of ‘Impacting Our World with the Love & Message of Jesus Christ.’  For fifteen of those twenty-five years our family has had the joy & privilege of calling this body of believers our church home.  Below are a few shots from a special event in which staff and key ministry partners gathered to honor Pastor Tom & Donna, Todd, Julie & Jefferson and Noel Mullins, our founding pastor & his family.  It was a night full of  reminiscing, laughter, tears & joy.  A night I will keep tucked away in my mind along with all the other wonderful memories of years gone by serving alongside these beautiful people I call family…

Here’s the Dirt on Baby Nathan…

As promised, I’m adding a series of baby Nathan from the previous shoot I did with Elvis.  This little guy is certainly all boy!  I’ve never seen a child enjoy playing in the dirt like this one!  You can only imagine the fun I had capturing these images.  Even his mom enjoyed some laughs.  I think the fact that he’s her 5th child probably aided in her ability to see the humor of it!

Shooting Elvis…

Yes, I shot Elvis!  Not the dead rock star, but the beautiful horse you’ll see in the pictures below.  His owner is a friend of our family and we’ve known this young lady since she was in diapers (don’t tell her I said that!).  What a beautiful horse, and the rider, well, she’s got a special place in my heart so I couldn’t be more proud of the young woman she’s growing into.  The baby in the first shot is her baby brother & I’ll be posting some fun shots of this little man in a future post.  Without further ado….here’s Elvis!
