your utilities are on an average a month?
We have three teenagers, so that factors in to the cost, of course, but I would say the average electric bill is around $250/month. We also homeschool, so I’m home all day with all three of them! We run our A/C about 9 months out of the year, give or take. We have a well for the sprinkler system so the water bill stays around $50/month. Cost of living is certainly going to be higher here than in Tennessee.

i’ve been given a ballpark figure of how much the taxes and house ins run there
but for the most part you winters are warmer than mine.
